The global company with head office in New Jersey, USA, is organized into four main regions: North America,with head office in New Jersey, USA; Latin America with head office in Caracas, Venezuela; EMEA, with head office in London, UK and Asia/Pacific, with head office in Singapore. Each region is supervised and managed by an experienced board of directors, representing the shareholding partners in the respective region. Our regional boards work together on a global level to provide overall strategy and direction.
