New Appointments

May 19, 2007

Rochelle Park, N.J. (May XX, 2007) - GlobalStar Travel Management, one of the world's leading global travel management partnerships has appointed Bob Morgan and Claire Gray to key executive positions within the organization.

Bob Morgan was promoted to executive vice president of operations and administration. Formerly, he was the International Development Director at ATP - The Advanced Travel Partner, a United Kingdom based travel management company. Morgan also has been a member of the GlobalStar Board since its inception. Claire Gray has been appointed to executive vice president of sales and marketing. She will continue in her duties as vice chairman of GlobalStar Asia-Pacific, & executive director of Travelogic, a GlobalStar partner based in Sydney, Australia. The move is in part to the recent organization restructuring which created several key positions for GlobalStar worldwide. Bob Morgan, executive vice president of operations and administration said "I am genuinely excited by the opportunities that exist for GlobalStar. Not only is globalization in corporate travel increasing, but more importantly GlobalStar has created a unique structure focusing on limited memberships from key players, all of whom are leaders in their home markets. It is this structure and the already successful multinational client wins that will continue to drive GlobalStar." "The Board felt it was the right time to move the organization to a more international footing and transitioning the role from the United States to Europe is a key part in that development," said Peter Klebanow, worldwide chairman of GlobalStar. "In addition, our success over the last five years gives way to more structure and processes moving forward, with Bob and Claire clearly brings the right resources." The organization bids a fond farewell to Martin Metzler, outgoing worldwide president, who will use this opportunity to focus on other business interests - DMM Wellness Solutions LLC and MPM Management Resources LLC. Metzler has been a visionary and creator for the organization over the last five years.
